Why Membership?

“Just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:12

Joining the church and becoming a member is an important part of identifying our community as people who are committed Jesus Christ. We count on our members to commit to the church, to love it, to pray for it, to serve for it, and to give to it.

What Is Required?

Belief, Obedience, Repentance

To become a member you must profess faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and demonstrate obedience to God's commands. You will also need to complete the Covenant Life Seminar (CLS) classes prior to membership and be interviewed by our officers.

Covenant Life Seminar

New Member Class

Throughout this 12 week class, we will explore what it means to be a member of Covenant. This seminar is designed to help you better understand what it means to be a part of Covenant, what we believe, who we are, and why we do what we do. Once you complete the class, if you are still interested in becoming a member you will attend an interview with our officers. We will then schedule a time for you to be presented to the church during a Sunday Morning Worship Service where you will take your vows of membership.
