Ciara began attending Covenant Presbyterian Church in early 2018 and became a member later that year. She has been the Administrative Assistant since late 2021.
Ciara grew up in West Alabama, moved to the Auburn area for college, and then never really left. She has degrees in Literature from Auburn and LSU and has worked as an ESL teacher in Japan, a community college and university adjunct instructor of English composition and literature, and a personal research assistant.
It would be a stretch to claim that administration is Ciara’s passion, but she has a great love for this church and is thrilled to hone any God-granted administrative gifts here at CPC. She feels blessed by her position here and the opportunities to help facilitate fellowship at Covenant and among God’s people in general. She has a passion for missions and is glad to be part of a church that values the Great Commission. She is also the leader for CPC youth girls D-Group on alternating Wednesday nights.
Ciara enjoys reading, crafts, and trivia. You can usually find her around town playing trivia or participating in a book club.
